Messages and requests
When you contact us, we process your email address, any name you provide and your message to answer the inquiry, review corrections or address a rights concern. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communications addressed to the project (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). For data protection requests and legal requirements, the basis is compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Providing information by email is voluntary. We need a reply address and enough information to understand your request.
Browsing and security
Hosting services may record IP addresses, dates, requested pages and browser details to deliver the website, resolve problems and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure service. This version does not load analytics tools or behavioral advertising.
Retention and providers
We retain communications for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up. Unnecessary information is then deleted, except for restricted retention required by legal obligations or potential liabilities within applicable limitation periods.
Hostinger provides website hosting and email and may process information needed for those services. Its infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area; see its privacy policy or ask us about applicable safeguards. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not offer a subscription newsletter or reader accounts.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to editorial@quixoteguide.com or the address above, explaining your request. We will request additional identification only when necessary and proportionate. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
